Working as a graphic designer on MOJO Ad, the premier student-staffed advertising agency in the Missouri School of Journalism, my team was tasked with creating an integrated campaign to recruit new members for the following year.
After discovering various forms of rationale relating to our target applicants, our creative team discovered several parallels to the experience of MOJO Ad and the Olympic games, both of which require skilled individuals to come together and compete for their team. From there, our big idea of the MOJOlympics was born.
While emphasizing the aspect of unity and teamwork was an integral element to the campaign, our team also wanted to highlight the talents of each of the 11 positions on MOJO Ad. To achieve this, we created sports figures, or ADletes, that showcased the duties of the respective roles in a striking, athletic pose.
Deliverables for this campaign included posters, stickers, social graphics, videos, emails, TV graphics and an experiential, hand-made torch.
